• To use
• Spread generously over the entire body, avoiding open wounds. Leave on for 7 to 15 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For the deep relief of tension in aching muscles and joints, heat the mud packet in a pan of hot water or in the microwave for two minutes at medium heat (when using the microwave, open the bag before heating).
